Accessibility Statement

We build this website against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines level AA, which is the standard referenced by Ontario’s Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation. In practice that means text that resizes without breaking the layout, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard access to the booking and signing forms, labels on every field, error messages that explain what is wrong, and layout that reflows on a phone.

Every form on this site can be completed with a keyboard alone. The signature workspace accepts a mouse, a trackpad or a finger on a touch screen; if you cannot draw a signature with any of those, tell us and we will arrange another way to sign rather than leaving you stuck.

On request, and at no extra charge, we will provide or arrange: documents in large print or electronic text, an interpreter for a video or in-person appointment, extra time to respond, a telephone meeting instead of a written one, and a support person attending with you. If a request is not something we can meet, we will explain why and what we can do instead.

The document viewer in the signing workspace renders a PDF as an image. A screen reader cannot read that rendering. If you rely on a screen reader, ask us and we will walk you through signing in another way, or arrange an appointment instead.

Clients attended by a service animal or a support person are welcome at our office. If you would like to bring someone, mention it when booking so we can allow for the extra time.
